• Warranty

  • If you experience any issues with your nails, such as chipping, please notify (call/text) us. We are committed to addressing and rectifying the matter to your satisfaction. After that period, we recommend booking a full service.

    • gel polish or dipping powder (on natural nails), within 4 days of service.

    • extension nails, within 7 days of service.

  • We do not offer complimentary fixes/guarantees on regular polish or Dazzle Dry services once the client has left the salon.

  • Nail services 5 weeks old are charged at the full set price.

  • Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our management if you have any suggestions or concerns.

  • No refunds after services are complete.

• Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online via our website or by calling our salon directly.

  • We recommend booking ahead, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

• Arrival Time

  • To respect everyone's time, please arrive within 5-10 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Timing matters for both your experience and that of the next guest.

  • If you're running late, kindly send us a quick text in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that late arrivals may result in a shorter service to keep things on schedule.

  • Without notice, arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Total of three no-shows, will required a deposit for the booking.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total.

  • No-shows, or failing to show up for your appointment without notifying us, will incur 100% service price.

• Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • All reusable tools are disinfected with EPA-registered Barbicide and sterilized in an autoclave.

  • Single-use items like files, buffers, and toe separators are discarded after each client. Your safety is our priority, and we follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, trusted space.

• Gift Cards

  • Non-refundable, non-replaceable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Children

  • Kids under 10 must be supervised or cared for outside if not receiving services.

• Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

• Health & Safety

  • We cannot provide services if you have nail infections, open wounds, or other health concerns.

  • Please let us know when booking. We do not trim cuticles/skin for diabetic clients.

• Atmosphere

  • Please keep phones on silent, use headphones, and respect others’ space.

• Payments

  • Please prepare payment at the time of service. Unpaid bills will be reported to authorities.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, cash, contactless payments, and our salon gift cards.

  • A credit/debit card is required to hold and confirm your reservation.
